Our services involve counselling, guidance, documentation, and consultancy support.
As services are personalized and time-based, fees once paid are generally non-refundable.
Clients may cancel a booked counselling session or consultation at least 24 hours in advance by contacting us at [email protected].
If cancelled within this time frame, we may offer:
Rescheduling of the session at no extra cost, or
Credit towards future services.
No cancellations are permitted once the service has been delivered.
Non-Refundable Fees: Registration fees, counselling fees, application processing charges, and service fees are non-refundable once paid.
Conditional Refunds: If payment has been made for services not yet initiated, Aspirenza may consider partial refunds on a case-by-case basis (after deducting administrative charges).
Third-Party Payments: Any payments made directly to universities, colleges, test organizations, visa authorities, or third-party partners (such as student loan providers, accommodation partners) are strictly non-refundable.
Aspirenza provides advisory and guidance services only.
Admission, visa approval, or scholarship awards are subject to third-party institutions and authorities. No refund will be issued in cases of rejection, delay, or decision by external bodies.
Counselling or IELTS coaching sessions can be rescheduled (subject to availability) if requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
Failure to attend a session without prior notice will result in the session being marked as used, with no refund or reschedule option.
